Jointly presented by MINDS and Singapore Film Society, MINDS Film Festival aims to raise awareness and understanding of ID, spark conversations, and encourage the community to step forward to advocate for greater social inclusion. To date, the festival has presented over 40 international films and engaged over 5,000 members of the public.

Since 1962, MINDS (formerly known as Movement for the Intellectually Disabled of Singapore) has been a trusted partner to Persons with Intellectual Disability and their families. Through inclusive education, lifelong learning, employment development, and caregiver support, MINDS empowers individuals to build independence and lead active, meaningful lives within the community. Singapore Film Society (SFS) is a non-profit born from a simple idea: that everyone deserves access to the world’s most meaningful cinema. As the largest organiser of film festivals in Singapore, SFS working with theatrical distributors, diplomatic missions, and academic and cultural institutions to bring the best of international cinema home. SFS is renowned for avant-garde programming and 60+ years of experience in film events, festival management and marketing.
